Milk Chocolate Turtles

Slow cooked caramel plus toasted pecans hand dipped in creamy milk chocolate creates one amazing sweet treat!  Our Milk chocolate Turtles live up to their name - they are huge.  Buyer beware, these delightful treats are so delicious you will not want to share, so make sure to buy enough for your entire family! 

Making our giant milk chocolate turtles is a whole day process.  We start by slowing cooking our homemade caramel.  Once our caramel is cooked in our copper pot, we pour, cool, then add toasted, salted pecan pieces.  Then we begin the process of forming the turtle by scooping each turtle out, flash freezing to allow us to handle each turtle, the finally hand dipping each turtle in delicious creamy chocolate.
