As the first hints of spring show signs here in Nashville, we wanted to take a moment to catch our breath and say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our Valentine’s season so special.  It was a whirlwind of sweet treats and we were honored to help you share the love with hand-crafted treats from our kitchen. Seeing so many of you choose local, handmade confections for your loved ones truly warms our hearts.

On the Road: From Nashville to Indy

If you’re heading to the Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show soon, keep an eye out for a taste of Brown County! We’ve been busy in the kitchen tempering thousands Milk, White, and Dark Chocolate Maple Leaves. They are heading out with the Brown County Visitor’s Center to represent our beautiful hometown. If you’re at the show, be sure to look for them and grab a little piece of Nashville to fuel your adventuring!

Big Changes at the Kitchen: Room to Roam

We’ve been listening! We know that when the shop gets busy, it can feel a little "cozy" (okay, maybe a little crowded!). We’ve spent the last few weeks revamping the store with a brand-new layout. By reimagining our floor plan, we’ve created more space for you to browse, shop, and enjoy the sights and smells of the kitchen comfortably. We can’t wait for you to come in and experience the new flow!

The Return of the Gelato (and more!)

Mark your calendars for March 1st! The fan-favorite, in-house made Gelato is officially returning to the shop. Plus, keep your eyes peeled this spring for several brand-new ice cream flavors we are bringing in. There is nothing quite like a stroll through town with a cold treat in hand as the weather warms up.

Construction Update: The Nashville Chocolate Factory

The secret is out! On February 1st, we officially took possession of our additional space in Possum Trot Square. The Nashville Chocolate Factory is currently under construction, and things are moving fast! We’ve built the product shelves, placed the new retail counter, and the fresh paint is drying as we speak. Most importantly, the dedicated chocolate production room is well on its way. We are aiming for a March/April opening, so stay tuned for more updates on this delicious expansion!

Wedding Bells & Bridal Bliss

Calling all brides and grooms! We are thrilled to announce that we will be a vendor at the 2026 Wedding Extravaganza on Sunday, March 8th, in Columbus.

We’ll be showcasing how Nashville Fudge Kitchen can make your big day even sweeter. We’re bringing our delicious Wedding Pretzels, chocolate-covered Oreos, and Snowballs, along with specialized chocolate bars designed just for weddings. But the real showstopper? Our Premium Truffle Tower, featuring our luxury chocolate ganache truffles. If you’re planning a wedding, come say hi and let’s talk about your dessert table!

Appreciation and Easter Hoppings

• Employee Appreciation Week: The first week of March is all about saying thanks to the teams that make businesses run. We have selected corporate offerings available online which are perfect for showing your staff some local love.

• Easter is Coming: Look for our hand-molded Chocolate Easter Bunnies and festive basket stuffers to hit the shelves in mid-March.
